And WOW was it a super Saturday – guys I was in the Reformer Studio working away, and the laughter and groans (in equal measure I might add! ) coming from the Mat Work studio was incredible what on earth was Mathew doing to you !!!

Who would have thought you could have so much fun finding places for a Pilates Fit Circle and Fit Ball !!!
