Hi folks

just want to take time out to congratulate our new Advanced Mat Work Instructors, who now attain their Cert in Level 2 and Diploma in Mat work from The PROGRESSIVE Pilates Academy

The quality of the work and the high level of skill demonstrated on Friday was fantastic, it is a tribute to all the hard work and training you guys put in.

So watch the post in the coming weeks for those Diplomas !!!

again well well done, and o by the way, keep training it would be a shame to loose all the skill gained !!!
