<p>Well luck him he started young &#8211; for us unfortunates who do have injuries and postural issues etc &#8211; thankfully Pilates  is keeping us together !</p>
<p>Never to early or too late to start &#8211; so lets get out there and knock on doors and inspire the young and not so young to get involved is this timless wonderful technique</p>

<p>Isn&#8217;t great that there is such a wonderful system like Pilates &#8211; this system with as little as 30 minutes per day will have such a positive effect on your posture, well-being and ease of movement.</p>
<p>So come on either in a class, personal training or indeed solo at home &#8211; get into Pilates &#8211; its never too late ! and I should know I am now a proud member of the over 50&#8217;s club !</p>
