Well here we are again – getting ready for the festive season. With Halloween only around the corner and Christmas following quickly behind, its difficult to think we are coming into the last quarter of 2009.

Upskill Workshops

In the recent months we have had several very well attended and enjoyed workshops and courses. The Standing Pilates workshop invoked most comment, most of it is printable ! but suggested that every body still enjoyed themselves

 To those who have recently passed their recent exams Diploma Advanced Mat , Certificate Intermediate Mat and CertificateReformer Level 1  a big well done and congratulations – onwards and upwards to you all

Again for 2010 we are proud to welcome presenters from the USA and indeed we ourselves we  look forward to offering you a wide variety of information through out the year – full dates times and details for certification and upskill workshops will be posted on the web in the coming weeks

DVD the  PROGRESSIVE Pilates Academy have launched their new DVD. It’s available in two levels for instructors who are qualified to Intermediate or Advanced level, it is a great visual tool to assist not only in teaching but to the instructor themselves as a workout
